Reserve the Ranch is designed for couples who want full access to the property and the freedom to build a wedding weekend that feels entirely their own. This option gives you the space, time, and privacy to slow down, gather your people, and create a celebration that unfolds naturally across the weekend.

Your weekend begins on Friday at 12 PM and wraps up Sunday at 12 PM, allowing ample time for arrivals, rehearsal moments, your wedding day, and a relaxed departure. During your stay, you and your guests will have exclusive access to the Barn and on-site lodging, creating a true ranch buyout experience rather than a single-day event.

This package includes the use of the Barn as your primary event space, along with access to all on-property lodging accommodations for the weekend. Three houses that can sleep up to 20 guests on property. Tables and chairs are included, giving you a solid foundation to design your ceremony and reception layout.

From there, your weekend is entirely customizable. Couples may choose to add beverage packages, enhancements, staffing, and signature ranch experiences to shape the weekend around their vision and priorities.

A peaceful, intimate way to say “I do” in the heart of Oregon ranch country.

Your Horseback Elopement Experience includes a private, guided trail ride led by a Long Hollow Ranch wrangler, followed by an intimate ceremony on our ceremony lawn or beside the pond. Light ceremony setup is provided, allowing you to focus on the moment without added stress.

You will enjoy up to four hours on the property, with access to scenic photo locations throughout the barns, fields, and ceremony areas. A celebratory champagne toast is included to mark the occasion.

A Ready Room is provided for getting ready prior to the ceremony, with access in the Barn during spring, summer, and fall, and in the Bunkhouse during the winter months. One dedicated Long Hollow Ranch wrangler will remain on hand to guide your ride and assist with ceremony timing, ensuring a smooth and relaxed experience from start to finish.

This package includes the historic barn with indoor café lighting, ceremony lawn with arch, reception lawn, farm tables and chairs, and on-site ranch parking.

Our Micro Wedding experience is thoughtfully designed for celebrations of up to 25 guests, offering a heartfelt and relaxed way to exchange vows at our historic working ranch. This package is ideal for couples who want an intimate wedding day without the pressure, crowds, or fast pace of a traditional large event.

Available Monday through Thursday year-round, and on select weekends during peak season, Micro Weddings include access to our ceremony lawn and historic barn, allowing you to move seamlessly from vows to celebration in a setting grounded in nature, space, and quiet beauty.

With fewer guests and a slower pace, this experience invites genuine connection, meaningful moments, and time to truly be present with one another and the people who matter most.
