Girlfriends Getaway at the Ranch

Trail rides, starry skies, and zero responsibilities.

Let us take care of the planning—you already do enough. This weekend is all about you, your girls, and a little space to breathe. Check in with yourself, reconnect with your favorite people, sip wine, ride a horse, and soak up two nights and three days of relaxed ranch life.

We’ve thought of every detail so you don’t have to. From scenic trail rides and cozy ranch dinners to fireside snacks and slow mornings with coffee on the porch—this is your permission to unplug, unwind, and let us do the rest.

What’s Included in Your Weekend Getaway:

Your Girlfriends' Getaway weekend includes everything you need for a cozy, carefree escape to the ranch. You'll stay in our charming 130-year-old Ranch House, where each guest gets their own bedroom and private bathroom. Four bedrooms feature queen beds with full ensuites, and the fifth room includes two twin beds—perfect for a pair of besties who want to relive those slumber party vibes.

All meals are thoughtfully prepared by your personal ranch chef and served in the Ranch House dining room—with one special dinner hosted outdoors beside our peaceful pond. From hearty breakfasts to wine-paired dinners and sweet treats around the fire, every bite is taken care of.

Your weekend also includes up to four hours of scenic guided trail riding, a welcome wine and grazing board, s’mores under the stars, and plenty of space to just be—with the girls, with the land, and with yourself.

We currently host a maximum of 5 guests per weekend, and with limited weekends available this summer, spots will go fast—so round up your crew and get ready for a getaway you won’t forget.

Q: Is there a minimum number of guests required to run the weekend?

Yes—we require a minimum of 4 guests to run each Girlfriends’ Getaway weekend. If a weekend doesn’t meet the minimum, we’ll reach out to discuss rescheduling options or offer a full refund. You’re always welcome to book as a smaller group—we’ll do our best to pair you with another fun crew if spots are available!

Q: Can I bring my own drinks?

Yes! You're welcome to bring your own beer or wine to enjoy during your stay. Your package includes a welcome drink and a curated pairing with each dinner, but if you’d like to sip something special around the fire or wind down with a cold one after the ride, feel free to BYOB.

We ask that all drinking be done responsibly and respectfully—this is a laid-back, connection-focused weekend, and we want to keep the vibe relaxed and fun for everyone.

Note: Hard alcohol and spirits are not permitted.

Q: Can I come alone or do I need to book with a group?

You can do either! We welcome solo riders, besties, sisters, or full groups of five. If you're booking solo or with a small group, you may be paired with other awesome women for the weekend.

We recommend comfy layers, boots or closed-toe shoes for riding, a hat, sunscreen, a reusable water bottle, and whatever makes you feel cozy and at home.

Q: What if I’m an experienced rider, but my friends are beginners?

Q: How do I book my spot for the Girlfriends’ Getaway Weekend?

Booking your weekend escape is easy! Here’s how:

Send us an email to

info@thelonghollowranch.com

Once we have hit the minimum guest count required for a dude ranch weekend we will send you a link to your digital reservation portal, where you can place a credit card on file and read more about our policies.

We will charge you a 10% non-refundable fee to hold your place! We will charge the rest of the weekend fee on the day of your arrival to the card that we have on file.

Q: Can I bring my own horse to the ranch?

For the safety of our animals and guests, we maintain a closed herd at Long Hollow Ranch and do not allow outside horses to join our all-inclusive ranch weekends like the Wild Woman Weekend. Our horses are carefully matched to each rider and trained specifically for our terrain and program style.

That said, if you have a group of experienced riders interested in booking a custom retreat and bringing your own horses, we’d love to chat! We do offer overnight horse boarding in specific cases, but a private stay or à la carte booking might be a better fit than one of our curated weekend packages.

Give us a call and let’s talk through what might work best for your group—we’re happy to help you plan something unforgettable.

Q: What weekends are available to book?

We’ll be offering a limited number of Girlfriends’ Getaway weekends during the summer season. Dates will be released soon—so stay tuned and be ready to snag your spot before they’re gone!
